Locate and select LTools.exe in the folder where you installed it.
Right-click on it and select Send To \| Desktop (create shortcut).
Right-click on the new shortcut on your desktop (probably called something like "Shortcut to LTools.exe") and select Properties.
On the General tab, change the name of the shortcut to "LTools - Swedish" (without the quotes).
On the Shortcut tab, add " Swedish.xml" (without quotes) to the end of the Target line. Note the leading space.
Now double-click your new desktop shortcut. _LTools_ will start up using an empty config file called Swedish.xml.
The -r parameter, when specified, tells _LTools_ to run silently in "reminder" mode. See [#16-en,Send Legacy Reminders] for more information on what this means.
